What happens to the details you send.
Beta Flow collects as little as possible: enough to reply to an enquiry and nothing beyond that. This notice explains what is held, who processes it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

Who is responsible
Beta Flow Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 11544030, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, and is the data controller for the information described here. For anything in this notice, email [email protected].
What is collected
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. Your company name and what you are looking for are optional. There is no account to create and nothing is collected through the form beyond what you type into it.
As with any website, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the pages and block abuse. This is not used to build a profile of you and is not combined with your enquiry.
Why, and on what legal basis
Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to discuss possible work. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted a business to ask about its services, and replying is the obvious consequence. If we go on to work together, the basis becomes performance of a contract.
Your details are never sold, never used for advertising, and never added to a marketing list.

- Turns a form submission into the email that reaches the Beta Flow inbox.
Both are based in the United States, so sending an enquiry involves an international transfer. That transfer relies on the UK Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which both providers operate under.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a consent banner. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure. Visitor numbers are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate: it reports how many people viewed a page, not who they were.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for up to 24 months after the last contact, in case the discussion resumes. Where an enquiry leads to paid work, the records that relate to that engagement are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Anything else is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, or ask for it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and you will get a response within one month, usually much sooner.
If you are unhappy with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no separate archive, so the version on this page is always the one that applies.
